These Terms govern your use of the Pluddy mobile app (“Pluddy”, “we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Pluddy provides plant identification, care features, reminders, and related tools. Features may change over time.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to it and for the content you upload.
Subscriptions & purchases
Pluddy offers optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription management (including cancellation) is handled in your Apple account settings.
User content
You retain rights to photos and content you upload. You grant Pluddy permission to store and process your content to provide the app’s features (such as syncing and analysis).
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt service, or access systems in unauthorized ways.
Disclaimers
Pluddy provides information for general guidance. Plant care outcomes can vary, and we do not guarantee results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluddy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date at the top.
